Educational Incubator Services – E²
Educational incubators are designed to help young schools survive during those tough first years by providing business assistance services such as shared receptionist, fax, copier, conference room, and lastly, low-cost space. Although the industry is new, it should be noted that less than 10% of incubator tenants have failed while in an incubator.

There are different types of incubators, each one reflecting the uniqueness of the needs and goals of the business sector in which it is situated. Different types of incubators include; service/retail, light manufacturing, R & D, high-tech, and mixed use. There are also many different types of sponsoring organizations; local governments, universities, two-year colleges, for-profits and hybrids.

The objectives of E² incubators include development of new or non-mature schools seeking recognition of accreditation and other approvals necessary for true success in operation. Job creation, technology and information transfer, educational commercialization, diversification of the local economy, community revitalization, investment in tenant firms and remote internet tenant institutions are the visions of E².

School Development Services
