Our Objective is to provide Midas Group’s Placement Services to BPPVE Approved schools,
i.e., Non-degree institutions, registered schools, and Degree granting institutions.

Employment Services
There are two components to employment services:

•Job Development & Placement Services

Midas prepares (resumes, interviews, cover letter, FICA, self-placement etc.) students for placement and handles all responsibilities for placement, including showing them how to improve their credit file and raise their FICA score.  Watch your outcomes soar!  

•Placement Tracking

The importance of accountability for placement tracking on educational institutions is at peak levels.  Institutions are faced with tight operating budgets and they are being held accountable to government agencies that require more audits of attendance-based funding.  There is also greater scrutiny of academic programs and institutional effectiveness by all stakeholders, students, taxpayers, and the government. 

As a result of increased regulation and legislation, education institutions have a critical need to gather and evaluate employment data.  This data provides valuable insight into accountability, strategic planning, resource allocation, and budgeting.  If schools do not maintain 70% placement, they may lose their accreditation, access to funding, and may jeopardize the schools’ financial futures.  If the school has a contract with a sub-state agency, e.g., WIA, the contract may call for specified tracking of 30-60-90 and 6 month tracking for job placement, or one of the other 17 WIA vendor grading criteria. Some schools may not be paid on their contract until placement verification is satisfactorily provided.
